At Serge DeNimes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Ensure all jewelry and apparel items are in their original packaging with tags attached to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
